Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • We honor refund and cancellation requests in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules, which apply to all goods and services—including digital content products like online courses—sold to consumers in India.
  • Under these Rules, sellers must accept returns and provide refunds for defective or misrepresented goods or services, or if delivery commitments are not met.
  • As required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we offer a full refund or replacement if the product or service is damaged, defective, or substantially differs from its description.
  • All accepted refund amounts will be processed as per Reserve Bank of India guidelines, ensuring consumers receive payments promptly and securely.
  • To initiate a refund or cancellation, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (physical goods) or 24 hours of course enrolment (digital content), providing order details and a brief description of the issue.
  • For digital course cancellations, if you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content within 24 hours, you are eligible for a full refund; beyond this, courses are non‑refundable due to the immediate nature of digital delivery.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm your request.
  • If you’re unsatisfied or face any delay, you may escalate your grievance through the national e‑filing portal (E‑Daakhil), managed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.


Shipping Policy

  • For digital products (e‑courses, e‑books), you receive instant access—no physical shipping is required.
  • For any physical merchandise we may offer (books, workbooks, branded items), we partner with reputed courier services for reliable nationwide delivery.
  • Standard delivery timelines are 5–7 business days within India; remote areas may take up to 10–12 business days.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination; any free‑shipping offers will be clearly indicated.
  • We pack items securely—however, please inspect deliveries immediately and notify us within 2 days of receipt if any damage or defect is found.
  • In case of lost or undelivered packages due to courier errors, we will assist you in lodging claims and arrange for a replacement shipment at no extra cost.
  • All shipping practices adhere to “fair and reasonable” delivery standards mandated by the Consumer Protection (E‑Commerce) Rules, ensuring transparency in transit times and costs.
